We’re seeking a Taproom Manager & Community Experience Lead who’s excited to lead our front-of-house operations, engage with our fans and community, and help drive growth both in person and online.

Key Responsibilities:
Taproom & Team Management
● Lead daily taproom operations focused on customer experience, cleanliness, and efficiency
● Hire, train, schedule, and manage all front-of-house (FOH) staff
● Foster a strong culture of hospitality, team accountability, and upselling best practices
● Coordinate FOH beer training and customer service training (with support from BOH team)
● Oversee visual presentation of the taproom — signage, cleanliness, and overall aesthetics
● Confirm monthly food truck and musician schedules
● Manage FOH budgets and maintain labor efficiency
● Target increased taproom revenue and profit through intentional leadership and guest engagement
Community Engagement & Events
● Collaborate on ideas to enhance the guest experience and taproom events
● Maintain internal and public-facing taproom calendars
● Coordinate quarterly Virtuoso Meetups with the BOH team and Head Brewer
● Give strategic brewery tours (often after hours) to visitors, partners, and VIPs
● Represent Fort Myers Brewing Co. at local events and with key partner organizations
● Represent Fort Myers Brewing Co in a manner consistent with our reputation for quality, professionalism, and expertise. This includes in the brewery, in the taproom, in third party establishments outside of work hours.
● Support Fort Myers Brewing Co. core values of quality, teamwork, and service to our community and coworkers.
Customer Relations & Social Media
● Coordinate with marketing to respond to customer reviews and feedback across all platforms
● Coordinate with marketing to respond to social messages and engage with our online community
● Coordinate with marketing and manage Fort Myers Brewing Co. profiles on key partner and community websites
Operations, Inventory & Ordering
● Maintain cooler organization, monitor inventory, and communicate needs to BOH
● Order all non-beer taproom items (wine, cider, soda, snacks, etc.)
● Replenish merchandise and manage inventory of retail items
● Communicate with vendors and maintain strong neighbor/business relationships
● Willingness to take on a variety of tasks as needed to support team success
Qualifications
● 2+ years of hospitality management experience (bar, restaurant, or brewery)
● Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
● Strong attention to detail with a guest-first mentality
● Ability to multitask and balance multiple priorities
● Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
● Availability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays
● Ability to balance fun with function in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
